Here I am…

This year I finally launched my Coaching and Consultancy business. It’s tempting to frame this as the moment I realised a long-held dream, but actually it was something of a handbreak turn: one minute I was frustrated by how little time I was able to devote to nurturing my team, the next I was reorganising my professional life entirely... Fast forward a few years and I’ve changed jobs so that I can focus on work I truly believe in and am a qualified coach thanks to Guildhall Ignite.

I’m not great at shouting about my own work, but I’m committing now to being a bit more present here, talking about what I do and why I believe it’s the most powerful investment you can make in yourself, your colleagues or your team.

So, what am I here for?

• One-to-one coaching – online, or in person in central or south-east London;

• Conversations that balance wholehearted support with scrutiny and challenge, and in which exploration and experimentation sit within a framework of structure and discipline;

• Work that prioritises tangible change and progression, and is uncompromisingly focused on you, your circumstances and your needs.

Alongside coaching, I’m also available for consultancy pieces – this has taken me from obvious territory - writing fundraising strategies for arts organisations – to the most unexpected places, including head-hunting and recruitment, staff restructures and writing company policies.

This work will dovetail with my unswerving commitment to Gabrieli, the arts and arts education, and to spending every weekend in the freezing cold, wearing every layer I own, getting over-excited by children’s football…!
